MegaFon's Softphone is a convenient software phone for Windows.

===== Installing the Softphone =====

You can download the application from your personal account in virtual PBX. 
  - For the username, enter the login of the [[first|employee]] like user@firma.megapbx.ru and password.

===== Softphone Features =====

You may:
  * Make and receive calls;
  * Hold, [[transfer|transfer]] and [[perehvat_zvonka|intercept]] calls;
  * Create [[conference_call|audio conferences]];
  * Choose an outgoing number (one of your numbers, which will be determined by your client) making the outgoing call. You may find avaliable numbers [[aon|outgoing numbers]] offers {{:number.png?nolink}};
  * Download the list of colleagues and the status of their presence;
  * Have a personal contact book;
  * Record both incoming and outgoing calls (you may finde more information in the [[history_records|recording calls]] section).
