Requirements for voice-mail files in PBX

The file should be less than 10MB, in MP3, OGG or WAV formats. After loading the file to VPBX, the greeting will be converted to RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, mono 8000 Hz. We recommend you to reach the best sound in this format.
