MegaFon's Softphone is a convenient software phone for Windows.

Installing the Softphone

You can download the application from your personal account in virtual PBX.

  1. For the username, enter the login of the employee like user@firma.megapbx.ru and password.

Softphone Features

You may:

  • Make and receive calls;
  • Hold, transfer and intercept calls;
  • Create audio conferences;
  • Choose an outgoing number (one of your numbers, which will be determined by your client) making the outgoing call. You may find avaliable numbers outgoing numbers offers ;
  • Download the list of colleagues and the status of their presence;
  • Have a personal contact book;
  • Record both incoming and outgoing calls (you may finde more information in the recording calls section).
