Calltracking - advertising analysis of efficiency
Calltracking systems let you estimate the efficiency of advertising campaigns. For example, you ordered an add in Yandex.Direct, a banner in Metro and in a VK group. How will you find out, which source is more effective? Which one brings you more orders and revenue?
You may spare a telephone number for each advertisicg channel and then analyse the number of received calls for each number. Such systems are called «statistics calltracking». You may also change a phone number on your site automatically, depending on the sourse of traffic. Such calltracking is called «dynamic».
You may distinguish some phone numbers for statistics calltre in MegaFon PBX. Then you expor the history of calls to Excel and measure the quantity of calls received by each number for a certain period.
To make the task simpler you may use other calltracking systems if integrate you them over MegaFon PBX numbers.
